Scraper Logging/Debugging

Write the progress of the scraper to a file so that if errors occur it can pick up from where it left off.

Data should include:

• index of model link in brands model links file
• index of year button
• text of year button
• index of style button
• text of style button
• index of the trim button
• text of the trim button

This will only work if buttons always render in the same order for a given specs page (I think they do but this needs to be confirmed).
