This may be a large part of the conversion script to CSV format in issue #33

Also need to update Collection.py to account for yaml data instead of CSV data.
Add command line options and Data/CSV directory in CompCSV.py

Above changes made to Collection.py.

Auto generation of template Correction scripts is complete; now comes the manual task of finding and implementing such corrections
