Begin 2024/2025 scraping #72

Run the scraper (update/modify as needed) to gather data for new models and any models that may have been missed.

Be sure to run targets.py as well to gather any new models that may have not been around before.

Possibly back up data folder before doing this. Just in case...

Adding wontfix label, odds are a new scraper/data obtaining method will be written for a different source or everything will be migrated and I will manually maintain the database
