The purpose of the User Guide is not explicitly stated anywhere. Potential users may therefore not know what to expect of the User Guide.

Team's Response

The purpose of the User Guide is self explanatory, it is documentation which guides users through the use of our application as per the definition of its title. We didn't feel the need to explicitly state this when writing up our UG and we believe that this is not detrimental in any way to the quality of our documentation or to the ability for users to read our UG.
