Copy the final 1.0 compound dictionary from EssOilDB/tables/chemistry/resolved20190822.tsv and update after it has been Wikidatafied

final compound table is in https://github.com/gilienv/EssOilDB/tree/master/tables/chemistry after deleting 5-10 false positive it is essentially ready for CEV. May occasionally need syncing with E1.0

Compound table more or less finalized in E1.0 and key IDs added.
