As a result of the work done for #24 and #51 we now have a way to create releases and publish packages.

Good progress; docs are usable, if not complete.

TODO

Add section on dependencies to INSTALL.md
improve section on updating PATH (provide script that automates this)
Mention that version from pom.xml is used at runtime for ami -V (and how this works under the hood)

I updated the Versioning section in BUILDING.md, and added a section Dependencies to INSTALL.md.

@petermr please verify the Dependencies.

I created a separate ticket https://github.com/petermr/ami3/issues/56 to improve PATH management.
