Im getting error in installed requirement module using pip : pip install -r requirements.txt showing ERROR: Could not install packages due to an EnvironmentError #32

Run command prompt as adminstrator or alternatively use pip install -r requirements.txt --user or pip3 install -r requirements.txt --user.
