Error when Activating venv

Running on MacOS Monteray v12.3

I was able to create venv, but when trying to activate, got a zsh error:

emanuelfarruda@Mannys-MacBook-Pro-2021 docanalysis_demo % venv\Scripts\activate.bat
zsh: command not found: venvScriptsactivate.bat

Not sure if related, but looking in the venv directory, I notice there is no directory named "Scripts". Could that be it? (Screenshot attached)
