odd behaviour when fulltext.html is given to --cmdir #20

not a fatal issue, but just flagging-up for future reference, when using --cmdir users should NOT supply it any file called 'fulltext' (reserved name).

it creates 2 ctrees (from the one fulltext source file given in input). This behaviour is odd. I will detail it further later
