Maven install error on windows #37

I'm following the instructions at AMI3/.../BUILDING.md, however receiving an error at the last step. I'm not certain of the exact issue (it's my first time using maven). Commands and errors reported below.

First command run in windows powershell:

**C:\Program Files\AMI3>** mvn install -Dmaven.test.skip=true

Error returned

Appears to be this issue: https://stackoverflow.com/a/6351739

Try quoting the ‘-Dvar=val’ bit.
