As discussed in the CEVOpen meeting (2021-07-26), it would be useful to have clues to indicate repository-specific flags.
For example:
--references REFERENCES [E] references from others sites (e.g.MED) [NOTE23] -n, --noexecute [ALL] report count of matched queries match the query, don't download anything
[E] => EPMC specific flags [C] => crossref [ALL] => general flags ..., and so on.
