ami-search-cooccur using local dictionaries. #18

Cooccurance results are among local dictionary and all built-in dictionaries. But really very noisy. Terms used from the local dictionary are very random like proteins, soil, water, plants, rice varities, Oryza species.

We will create individual dictionaries for all these!
