dictionary creation. #19

ERROR org.contentmine.ami.lookups.WikipediaLookup - Cannot find wikidata for White rice: Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?search=&search=White rice&title=Special:Search&go=Go&searchToken=1gq68j12xhd4disfwojgu2si4 68789 [main] ERROR org.contentmine.ami.lookups.WikipediaLookup - Cannot find wikidata for Wild rice: Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?search=&search=Wild rice&title=Special:Search&go=Go&searchToken=1gq68j12xhd4disfwojgu2si4

Web-links are not accessible. This is got while dictionary creation using https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Rice_varieties

This is a bug due to spaces in the term "White rice". The URL must be space-escaped "White_rice" for Wikipedia "White%20rice" for Wikidata I have made these changes and will commit new jars soon.

sir, error persists with ami20190211 jars.
