We are currently using the legacy version of ami for search and co-occurrence. The precise commands must be documented and then exposed in a tutorial. Create a subset of osanctum from EPMC that we use consistently. Designate it by a date version (osanctumyyyymmdd)

I think we will continue to use the legacy approach for the workshop.
