ami-regex test run error log. #4

ami-regex -q sanctum/ -i scholarly.html --context 25 40 --r.regex regex/phylotree.xml

I get this command over tutorial but it generates error ..... Cannot find regex/phylotree.xml

I think this is a bug. It wouldn't do anything useful . We shan't use ami-regex at the moment.
