Feature: GitHub Discussion #39

Description

There is a section in the CONTRIBUTING.md called I don't want to read this whole thing I just have a question!!!.

It is a brilliant idea to pointing contributors to create an issue when they encounter problem/bug or ask for enhancement. But not all contributors have accounts on StackOverflow.

Suggested solution

Enable the GitHub Discussion feature to allow contributors to ask questions and start discussions around the project as an alternative to StackOverflow.

@petermsouzajr if you're interested in enabling GitHub discussion, you need to enable it yourself because I don't have authority to do so. 🙂
