Teachers can start and stop an attendance poll
Students can participate in an attendance poll if there is one active in the classroom. If one is active and a student clicks "participate" the UI will be updated to tell them that they're present in the class TODO: Update Teacher mode to show the user a list of present students after finishing an attendance poll
