How to fix "theres no resault for scanning ip " It was not detected in 0.0.0.0/12 any port 445 opened.

You can not use a subnet /12 for all internet range .

that subnet only works for example : 192.168.1.1/12 or any valid ip range like that . for 0.0.0.0 you should use 0.0.0.0/0 .
