Indicate the type/accepted values and the default values of the task parameters #14

I would like to request that README.md indicate the type/accepted values and the default values of the task parameters.

For example, what are the default values of DebugInfo, ZeroPeKind, and Verbose?

I had to actually look in the source code to see that the default values are actually "false".
