[FEATURE REQUEST] notification grouping #66

Getting multiple notifications in 10 seconds is annoying. Allowing a system where all notifications in the last 10 seconds are sent together would be great

This is fixed in the latest version. Suggest you set the peeiod value to 20 or 30, which will allow more messages to be grouped in a given poll cycle.
