Your dataset was added to CoronaWhy (https://www.coronawhy.org/) Data Lake on Dataverse as a piece of common COVID-19 data frame http://datasets.coronawhy.org/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.5072/FK2/VHEGC7

Would you be willing to help with the maintenance of your dataset in Dataverse, e.g. adding the relevant metadata and keeping the dataset up-to-date? That will help to make the dataset findable and accessible for the medical science community.

Hello, Thanks for your response. We'd definitely appreciate your contribution. Seems like issue was closed by mistake.  

Please register in CoronaWhy Dataverse https://datasets.coronawhy.org/ and I'll give you the Dataset creator permissions to your dataset. Then please add relevant metadata - description and keywords to your dataset. 

Additionally, you may want join our community of 1,000+ contributors in Slack https://www.coronawhy.org/join-the-fight and see if any other initiatives could be interesting to you. We have may cool staff going on :)

Just created an account : petersimone I maintain older files in my repository, but I'd want to delete these on the website. I can add metadata as well.

Hello @petersim1, I just wanted to check if you might need any help. I see the draft version of your updated dataset in Dataverse. Do you have any questions on metadata or on the process of publishing updates?

Sure, @petersim1. Basically, the idea is to add description and keywords for your dataset, that should take ~15-20 mins. See the following dataset as an example https://datasets.coronawhy.org/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.5072/FK2/TZMOTL. Then click "Submit for review", the Dataverse interface is quite intuitive.

@k-goncharova I am trying to add completely new data (less files, more recent data), but I am getting thrown errors.

@petersim1 502 error? If yes, please let me know and try to apply some update once again. Could be memory shortage, we gradually extend it as our Dataverse is growing. If not 502, please send me the screen to help with troubleshooting. Thanks.
