I had read your message at the HumHub community. It would be a pity if you would completely delete your work here at GitHub and it get lost forever. For this reason I would offer, that I would take over your repositories and you can overwrite the administration to me, if you cant find anyone with more knowledge in PHP / Yii, who would like to take control over it.
Although I am not a good PHP / Yii coder, but at least your work would be preserved.
