SC and centromere overlap #3

If the SC doesn't touch the centromere -- length and position measures will be underestimated. Think of a way to extend SC, perhaps with a spline. (wait for user, point and click spline then add)?

SC length quantification is very close to human measures. Maybe this effect is small across a large number of blobjects.
