Calibration issue when input observation data is not listed chronologically #49

Dear Tim,

just to let you know that I had issues trying to calibrate models that were using GW observation data that was not listed chronologically. After correcting the input data, the issue stopped.

Thanks. This bug was resolved in the commit on 15 Sept 2022.
