Saving and loading projects is broken

Currently the saving and loading is half working, which means it fundamentally breaks for most use cases.

At a minimum, it needs to correctly store/retrieve:

• crystal structures
• isosurfaces, meshes
• interaction energies
• wavefunctions
• settings
