Feature Request - .clang-tidy #1

Any chance to add a .clang-tidy file that also adheres to the BARR-C:2018 standard?

Hello, sorry for the long delay, I just now checked into this repo and noticed there were issues. I'm not quite sure what .clang-tidy offers over clang-format, as I'm not as familiar with the former. If you have an example of how you use claing-tidy, I can take a look at it. Thanks.
