Export of annotations (.tsv) from production GUI to Github fails for larger files #257

Testing this, the export for notes, orgs and places works fine. The same for ref and person (much larger and also more complex files) times out (500). It is triggered from the dashboard, and pushes a new single TSV file for each annotation type to this repo.

Tried this again this morning, and it works without difficulty now, so possibly a RAM issue yesterday. Closing the ticket now.
