Removing and adding cross-references between annotations in the GUI #258

Some flakiness here, as tested out in https://henson-test.durham.ac.uk/people/person3462

Person-to-person cross-refs seem fine, both adding and removing. Same with person-to-place Apparently not possible to remove person-to-ref cross-references, or to add person-to-org ones.

Wd need to test every possible combination to see what's going on.
