jniavcodec.dll: Can't find dependent libraries #461

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the expected output is to recognize the word..but iam getting dis error..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

opencv 2.4.3 , javacv 0.3 , ffmpeg 2.1.1 , windows 7 (64 bit) 
Please provide any additional information below.

i got d code from

du/lipreading/gui/MainFrame.java

when i run d above code the lip reading panel opens..but i cant save the 
training set from live read and from file , it ends up with error..  

plzzzzz someone help me..

Due to the lack of feedback, I'm assuming this does not occur with newer 
versions of JavaCV, but please let me know if you still have problems, thanks!
