Add More Games #5

TORCS (http://torcs.sourceforge.net/) is an important benchmark for continuous control algorithms. We need to add the support for TORCS. The revised code in http://deepdriving.cs.princeton.edu/ is a good reference.

Also, the controlling environment V-REP(http://www.coppeliarobotics.com/) should be added. In the future, we may also need to add ROS (http://www.ros.org/) to help work on real robot.

Moreover, we need to add support for OpenAI Gym https://gym.openai.com/

For TORCS, I've previously installed the game on the CSE cluster. Most of the required packages are in /usr/local/software/.
