Stream start/stop button improvements #19

Fixed/implemented issues #18, #7 and #16:

Start/Stop Stream button will now ask for confirmation when pressed.
Color and text on Start/Stop stream button now properly updates every time it is drawn based on whether the stream is actually running or not.
Cameras will always stop moving before transitioning to live.
