Why this app is not on Chrome Extensions store? #85

Can you tell me why this extension is not listed is Google play store?

tried from this link, http://blog.dfilimonov.com/2013/09/12/devtools-terminal.html

but the link doesnt work.

Has anyone found an alternative for this extension? Or has anyone created an alternative chrome extension to connect to the nodeModule?
