Binder badge for the README #23

I made a small repo to demonstrate the use of this widget with binder. I linked that repo to a binder that I added to the README.rst here. Let me know what you think.

@peteut yeah I just started working with it myself. I'll provide instructions on how to setup the fileupload widget in the binder environment in the linked repo.
