I have a list of failed banks since 2000. When I edit it down to state, value and time, it gives me an error when it sees PR (Puerto Rico) as a State. While not officially a US State, it is a territory and can show up in any number of government lists, so it should be in the same list as US States. As should US Virgin Islands, Guam, and Northern Marianas Islands (I don't know the abbreviations for those off the top of my head, sorry).
