Location help doesn't work #23

I tried clicking on the location help, http://www.openheatmap.com/locationhelp.php, and got nothing. With Mozilla I just get a blank page. With Chrome I get a server error (500).

Same here. Also, https://github.com/petewarden/openheatmap/wiki/What-kind-of-locations-does-OpenHeatMap-understand%3F is empty
