Custom login wallpaper-background or possibility to use some custom fan-art rotation

Just an option to personalize the main login page a little

Would like to add to this idea, that instead of the PetIO logo we can put our own so it references our server name, or make the PetIO name update to our server name, as multiple users might have access to multiple Petio from different users and could easily be confused as to what sever they are connected to.
