I want Petio to act as the 'hub of communication' between my users and me, and the ability for my users to mark something theyve requested as 'complete' would help with the curation of media in the future. There should be a button or system for a user to mark something as 'watched' on petio, and petio should tag that item in the proper server with 'removable'. It streamlines the process of deleting media when the time comes, so that I can simply filter by 'removable' and then delete them all when I need to free up space.
This completely absolves Petio from deleting media itself, which I would never want in case my forward facing service was hacked or something went terribly wrong, while still providing a means for me to track what is removable when I finally reach the limits of my storage and need to remove some shows/movies.
