Dear sir, I have trouble with cutoff step. TFs_445.txt DEGs_11207.txt

my command: ./Cutoff 3 3 newdata/TFs_445.txt newdata/DEGs_11207.txt, but it failed with Segmentation fault. my input file in attach. Thanks a lot.

too many genes, I delete some and it works
