Provided binaries are not up to date with changes in TO-GCN.cpp #6

Note that the provided binaries were created well before the recent changes to TO-GCN.cpp. I found that the Linux binary of TO-GCN gave me an error about missing seed ID, but if I complied, everything worked fine.
