pypi distribution does not contain xls.py #49

Hi Titusz, thanks for raising this, yes the xls module has not been released yet, there are a couple of small things I'd like to add yet. It should be available soon, in the mean time you can install petlx from github if you need the xls module.

Ah ok, it was not clear to me that it wasn´t released intentionally. I used the github version and it worked fine... Great package by the way...
