FastTree shows expand/collapse icon on leaf nodes #132

Found in what component (Widget/FAQ/Library):
trunk, r840

Detailed description:
The + icon appears on leaf nodes in the FastTree.  It should only appear on
parent nodes that have children.

Removed bogus css styling causing the problem.
