Need hoverCell() method in SelectionGrid separated for row and cell. #169

Issue Details:
It is an api related issue. I need to have control over hovering, need to
do row hovering but not cell hovering for certain cells. Overwriting the
hoverCell for my FixedWidthGrid subclass does not give control on ROW/Cell
separately. Please have separate methods for ROW and Cell hovering so that
can be used with more control.
