Cannot get to Charms

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I installed Power8 on my W8 Pro.
2.I usually just go straight to the Desktop from Metro.
3.After 2 days I tried to go back to the Metro by going to the top right corner 
to the Charms.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to go to the Charms. But I get a flashing of the screen along the 
top and I do not see the grab hand. The Charms are only shown after many 
numerous tries and sometimes never. I can go to the Metro with the Windows Key. 
And then get back to the Desktop. But the same thing happens again. I did a 
Restore to remove Power8 and now everything works as it should.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.3.0.524 on W8 Pro.

Please provide any additional information below.

I really like your product. Most of the computers I work on are for elderly 
people who are never going to understand W8. I was testing this before 
installing on any other machines. Keep up the great work.

Hi Kerry,

I've experienced this earlier, in rare cases when Windows is returned from 
being asleep.

What is required in this case is to uncheck "Block Metro features" setting 
checkbox.

If anything still doesn't work after that - just restart Windows Explorer 
keeping mentioned Power8 setting off. You can restart Explorer by either using 
task manager, or logout-login, or restarting the computer.

Please feel free to comment on the issue if you come across specific steps that 
reproduce the issue.

 Thanks for the feedback. I had a heck of a time finding out how to "Block Metro Features" . For some other person interested in this you have to right click on the Power8 bar to see those options. I reinstalled Power8 so I will check back in and give an update if something happens now or in a month if nothing happens.
