after running patches on a clean vagrant machine node version is not the one set by nvm

the problem seems to be https://github.com/petre2dor/piGarden/blob/master/scripts/updates/update-5.sh#L6 run as a command from terminal shell is fine, but from script fails somehow. logging out and in again in the vagrant machine fixes it.
