L900 Strip LED added but attention needed

Tapo L900 HW Version 1.0 Firmware Version 1.1.0 Build 230905 Rel. 184939

Describe the bug

After adding the devices they all show up in the settings area as "Needs attention" Each device has the red exlamation, rety icon - Failed setup, will retry Hovering over the error says "Unexpected exception: LightEffect.init() missing 1 required positional argument: 'brightness'; Retrying in background"

For note these did work some months ago, but reverting to a previous version of the plugin did not resolve the issue.
