Could we get delay timer on/off plug functionality? #111

Theres a way to set a timer on the plug so it would turn on/off after some period. Endpoint is described here: https://gitlab.com/0xSamy/TapoPlug-Rest-API/-/tree/master#:~:text=Automatically%20turns%20OFF%20the%20device%20when%20the%20provided%20delay%20is%20expired.

Would like this functionality in this library also
