fixed -u option, added explanation of -U option #11

The -U option isn't documented by the --help option due to it only being for use by a jack session manager, it doesn't make sense for a user to know about it. Perhaps this should be commented in the source code.

I think it should be in there nonetheless. If you do -U and petri-foo doesn't give you an error it is confusing. I think the help option should output all the options and what they do regardless. Maybe someone is doing something with jack_sessions and it would be good for them to know...
