Prefix capitalisation #3

Very minor but, explicit information could be given to indicate whether prefixes can be capitalised. May consider this a documentation bug also.

Team's Response

Intended behaviour. The value for the ID field in this case is "117 M/3452" since the M/ did not follow the format. Hence the error message is correct in stating a wrong ID value was given. We also gave example commands where all prefixes are lowercase.
