Sorting inconsistency between category #5

Sorting handling for null is different.

Team's Response

Sorting orders for both are specified in the UG and the screenshot matches the specified behavior. For medical condition, animals with no medical conditions are listed first since they have 0 medical conditions and we specified that they will be sorted in ascending number of medical conditons. For feed time, we specified that it will be sorted in chronological order starting from the earliest feedtime. Hence those without feedtimes are at the end of the list as they are not relevant.
