To be honest I have never tested running then script inside ISE session.
But good that you could revert it back :)
I would say this works as designed (what ever that "by design" is) because there is workaround and personally I would run the tool in normal Windows Powershell session anyway.
Not a bug per say,
But i noticed that the pinned taskbar icon of ISE have changed since i ran the script from there, is that an intended change or something that should not happen?
When i unpin ISE and pin it to the taskbar, the "enhanced" icon is gone and ISE back to normal.
